One night, Neo is staying up late at his computer researching memes, when it suddenly blue screens. Unable to fix it with his two signature hacker moves, Ctrl+X and Escape, he gets mad and throws his monitor off his balcony. Later, his friend Choi shows up and informs him that it was his girlfriend that made his computer blue screen. Neo gets upset and guns her down, but the Matrix just makes her respawn a few seconds later.

The next day at work, Neo's computer blue screens again. He hits his desk a few times in frustration. His boss, Mr. Rhinehart, hears the commotion and invites him into his office to discuss his workplace behavior. Afterwards, at Neo's new desk, his computer blue screens again, and he receives a phone call telling him that someone is after him. Neo peeks over his cubicle to see Bill, one of his 8 different bosses, coming to tell him to come to work over the weekend. Neo panics and tries to escape the office, but he stumbles into Bill anyway. He then panics and runs into another office, this time seeing Mr. Rhinehart again. Desperate to get away from his bosses, he continues running through the office, but bumps into Bill a second time. Bill then tells him to come in to work on Sunday too. At this point, Neo has had enough and decides to jump off the building...
